I was glad the GT6 is back on the road as today was a good day to take it out for a run. The annual Triumph Day at the Ace Café was a good day out for me and my son James. I love the Ace Café as a venue, it's got so much nostalgia and atmosphere and you really think you are stepping back in time to the 60s when you visit. The food served at the café is well tasty if not healthy, I went for their special breakfast which included bubble & squeak and black pudding along with the normal full English brekkie contents....

After the event I took James along to the RAF museum at Hendon as its pretty close by, also a great place to visit and it's free entry with just a fairly reasonable charge for parking.
